What this site is
TexasFlix is a free catalogue and player interface. It indexes titles through the TMDB API, keeps your list and your place in a show, and hands the video itself to third-party embed services. We host no video files, no streams and no torrents on our infrastructure, and we do not select or review what those third-party services deliver.
Using the service
- Browsing needs no account. Signing up buys you a saved list and cross-device resume, nothing more.
- One person per account. Do not share credentials, and do not resell access.
- Do not hammer the API, scrape the catalogue in bulk, script account creation, or try to break past the sign-in and bot checks.
- Do not use the player to transmit anything illegal, and do not use this site's name to imply you are us.
Your side of the law
What you may watch, and where you may watch it, is decided by the law where you are and by the licence held by whatever source the embed pulls from. That judgement is yours, not ours. We are a pointer. A pointer is not a permission.
Accounts, lists and deletion
Your lists belong to you. Export them by hand if you care about them — copy the titles out — because we make no promise to keep a copy forever. Write to support@texasflix.watch from the address on the account to delete it, and the account row plus its synced lists go away.
Third-party services
Every stream you watch arrives from someone else's server, and every one of them has its own terms, its own cookies, and its own idea of what it will serve you. They can change, break, geo-block, or put a pop-up in front of you without any notice to us. We do not control them, we do not guarantee them, and we are not responsible for what happens on their side of the frame.
No warranty, in plain words
The service is provided as it is. No promise that a title will be available, that a provider will work, that playback will be in the resolution you wanted, or that the site will stay online. No liability for anything that follows from using it, up to the limit the law allows.
Copyright concerns
Because we host no content, a removal request aimed at us can only reasonably be about the catalogue entry — the title, artwork and description we surface from TMDB. Send a notice to support@texasflix.watch with the work, the exact page on this site, and a statement that you are the rights holder or their agent, and the entry comes down while it is checked.
TMDB attribution
This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
Changes to these terms
We can rewrite these terms; the date at the top moves when we do. Keeping using the site after that and the new version is the one that applies. If a clause falls, the rest stands.
